小紅點scroll功能開啟

修改 C:\WINDOWS\system32\tp4table.dat

找到以下這串：

在這串上面新增你想設定的程式，範例：
; MSN Messenger
*,*,msnmsgr.exe,*,*,*,WheelStd,0,9

很明顯地，分號是註解，下面那行可以把執行檔名改掉就好
至於這串設定的用法，可以參考這個檔案裡面預設的一大堆設定

改好之後重新開機，才會有效果
